Marcus Logan

Marcus T. Logan

Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Marcus T. Logan is the founder of DreamWork Infusion and Wellness Center. His medical journey began in the Army while serving in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm caring for soldiers and civilians. He is passionate about his work because he understands the difference he can make in the lives of people suffering from depression and other medical conditions. Marcus holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Anesthesia from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University and is a certified registered nurse anesthetist with over 31 years of experience. He also has experience working as a mental health counselor for inmates in a Correctional Facility in Memphis, TN. He has worked in Ketamine clinics as a ketamine provider for over six years. Marcus is certified by the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners.

Dr. Jahi Anderson

Psychiatrist

Dr. Jahi Anderson is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with clinical expertise in treating Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients. Dr. Anderson received a bachelor or arts degree in psychology from Morehouse College in 2000 and his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN in 2005. He completed his psychiatric training at the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/Cooper University Hospital in 2010 where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Anderson has over 15 years’ experience in treating patients with mood, anxiety, psychotic, traumatic and substance use disorders. He served as the medical director of the Adolescent unit of a free-standing psychiatric hospital, while also treating adults in an emergency and inpatient capacity. He was twice voted Inpatient Physician of the Year by hospital staff and his peers, highlighting his reputation for exceptional patient care as well as communication with patients, staff and administration. Dr. Anderson is medical director of Dreamwork that specialize in Ketamine Infusion and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Dr. Anderson practices medicine from a perspective of treating the whole person, not just the mental illness. He utilizes a well-rounded skillset from his extensive experience treating all psychiatric illness with a goal of achieving mental wellness and a return to a sustained level of optimal functioning.

Jahi Anderson

Andrea Yoshiko Carter

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Andrea Yoshiko Carter is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. Her academic journey continued at Walden University, where she obtained a master’s degree.

With a trauma-focused approach, Andrea empowers her clients to reach their full potential while assisting them in achieving emotional regulation. Her empathetic nature, combined with her clinical expertise, allows her to create a supportive environment where individuals can heal and thrive. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and certified in Brainspotting.

With a deep understanding of the long-lasting impact of early-life experiences, her passion lies in helping adults heal from childhood trauma. She has considerable experience treating adolescents and adults struggling with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. Beyond her professional commitments, Andrea finds joy in animals, laughter, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Peterland Adetimirin

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Peterland Adetimirin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve emotional and psychological well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes in treating the whole person by integrating traditional psychiatric approaches with an understanding of each patient’s unique life experiences, values, and goals. 

Peterland began her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University at Albany. Her commitment to patient-centered care led her to pursue an additional Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Downstate Health Sciences UniversityTo further specialize and enhance her expertise in psychiatric care, Peterland completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, specializing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. 

 As a firm advocate of integrative care, Peterland combines clinical expertise with a personalized approach to mental wellness. She values working in partnership with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey, and guiding them toward lasting, meaningful changes. 

Robertine Kengni

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Robertine Kengni is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over two years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She began her nursing education at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, specializing in psychiatric mental health.

At DreamWork, Robertine works with individuals across the lifespan, offering support and treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. She is passionate about helping patients feel empowered, seen, and supported as they navigate their wellness journeys. Known for her empathetic approach and clinical insight, Robertine takes pride in building trusting relationships and creating a safe space for healing.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.

Alina Punel, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Doctorally Prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Alina Punel, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a doctoral-prepared Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to bridging the gap between physical healthcare and mental wellness. Her journey began at North Dakota State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, laying the foundation for a career built on compassionate, patient-centered advocacy. Driven to bridge the gaps she saw in the healthcare system, she went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Texas Christian University. 

With broad experience across the medical field, she understands that mental health is not separate from overall health—and shouldn’t be treated that way. She recognizes the unique barriers many patients face—from navigating stigma to finding a provider who truly speaks their language. She combines the highest level of clinical training (DNP) with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, empowering individuals to take control of their mental well-being without shame.

Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, and English, she is passionate about providing culturally competent care designed to bridge communication gaps and dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health. She believes in creating a space where every patient feels understood, respected, and empowered.
