After your 3-month commitment, you may cancel anytime. Please email membership@dreamworkic.com and we’ll contact you to deactivate your month-to-month membership and finalize your cancellation within 24 hours.
No. All treatments must be used during the month they are purchased for.
Your membership can only be used by yourself.
Your membership is only valid at DreamWork Infusion and Wellness Center.
